| Another SAD day in Louisville Radio |
| Monday, October 13th 2008, will be known as The Mainline Massacre - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Mainline Broadcasting (citing a bad economy) released, fired, terminated, downsized (choose one) the entire air staff of WLRS 105.1 "Everything That Rocks" as well as others in the Mainline family. This just months after bringing me back to Louisville airwaves. Had I known my return to radio was going to be so short lived, after being promised corporate was fully behind the new format change, I would have never returned. I am sadden by the way corporate radio treats it's employees, for us, it is not a job but a passion. When it's taken away, it hurts. |
